Inova Diagnostics learns about Toastmasters.

In early November, Inova Diagnostics invited Toastmasters into their organization. The District 5 Club Growth Team gave an Informational Meeting at Inova Diagnostics to help Inova see the benefits of having an in-house Toastmasters Club up close and personal.

Toastmasters, used as employee training, is an excellent and cost effective way to enhance leadership skills, grow talent and build cross team collaboration. Attendees had the opportunity to experience a typical Toastmasters meeting with Table Topics, an Ice Breaker Speech and Evaluation.
