DESCRIPTION:District Council Business Meeting\nFriday\, April 17\, 2026\nDISTRICT 5 VIRTUAL DISTRICT COUNCIL MEETING \nQUORUM HAS NOT BEEN MET!\n6:30pm ZOOM Room Opens\n6:30pm – 7:00pm Check-in\n7:00pm Meeting Starts \nRegister for the District 5 Council Meeting HERE \nPlease review prior to District Council Meeting:\n2026_D5 Spring Business Meeting Packet_REV.260417 \nClub Presidents\, VPEs and members of the DEC need to register for the District 5 Virtual District Council Meeting. \nProxies are no longer permitted. The Club President and Vice President Education\, are the club’s two voting representatives on the District Council\, are expected to attend and vote at all District Council meetings (Fall/Spring). However\, each club has the option to determine if one of its two representatives will carry the club’s two votes or if both representatives will carry one vote each. \nMembers of the DEC each carry one vote. But if a DEC member is a Club President or Vice President Education for the club the DEC member can carry the club’s two votes. For a total of three votes. \nAll members of District 5 are invited to attend but only members of the District Executive Council will be voting.
