Any registrations received the day of the event after 8:00 am will not be counted towards the quorum at this time. \nAt the end of the registration period the Credentials Chair will ensure A) district council members have the correct number of votes and B) we have a quorum (1/3 presidents and vice presidents education). \nProxies are no longer permitted.
