QUORUM/VOTING PROCESS
Each member serving as a combination of the President or VP Education will be limited to a total of 2 votes total regardless of the number of offices held. District officers carry one extra vote for their district position. There are no proxies. Your club must be an active club in good standing in order to vote. Quorum deadline is April 14, 2025. If quorum is not met by this date we will send reminders until quorum is met.

The voting will be conducted with Election Buddy. You only need to vote once, and your vote will be weighted based on how many votes you carry. Only those delegates that have registered by April 14, 2025 will receive an email notification for a mock voting to practice the voting and to cast their vote the day of the Annual Business Meeting & Elections (April 18, 2025)

PLEASE NOTE: The email address that you use to register for the the District Council Meeting is the email address that will be used for the mock voting to practice the voting and to cast their vote the day of the event.

Only those members of the District Council will be recognized by the presiding officer.

Floor candidates must declare their intent to run no later than seven (7) days before the Annual Meeting of the District Council to be held Friday, April 18, 2024.
