Parliamentary procedure is based on the principles of allowing the majority to make decisions effectively and efficiently (majority rule), while ensuring fairness towards the minority and giving each member or delegate the right to voice an opinion.

Basic knowledge of parliamentary procedure is key for the roles of club president & club secretary.

BIO: District 5 is honored to have Gail Lover, DTM, PDG as our District Parliamentarian. She is a past District 5 Governor. She is a Board of Director for the California Association of Parliamentarians where she holds the office of President.
