District 5 Toastmasters was formed in 1937.

We honor the district mission set forth by Toastmasters International—to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.

Toastmasters International is divided into 14 Regions and 97 Districts. District 5, in Region 3, is composed of about 150 clubs with more than 3,000 members. The District territory includes San Diego County, Imperial County and Yuma Arizona. View Map

District 5 is a volunteer-based organization. Volunteer leadership opportunities exist from club to district—all working towards achieving excellence within District 5.
