A QUORUM HAS BEEN MET

For the District 5 Virtual Fall District Council Meeting to be held on Friday, Sept 26, 2025. Any registrations received the day of the event after 8:00 am will not be counted towards the quorum at this time.

At the end of the registration period the Credentials Chair will ensure A) district council members have the correct number of votes and B) we have a quorum (1/3 presidents and vice presidents education).

Proxies are no longer permitted. The Club President and Vice President Education, are the club’s two voting representatives on the District Council, are expected to attend and vote at all District Council meetings (Fall/Spring). However, each club has the option to determine if one of its two representatives will carry the club’s two votes or if both representatives will carry one vote each.

All members of District 5 are invited to attend but only members of the District Executive Council will be voting. Any questions contact District Director, Sureal Sparx, at DD@d5tm.org
