The District Director also empowers the District leadership team to work together toward the District mission, while supporting team member’s individual leadership development.

Under the guidance of the District Director, the Program Quality Director strives to have every club and member reap the benefits of Toastmasters and to have every club become Distinguished. The Program Quality Director counsels Division Directors, Area Directors, and club officers regarding Toastmasters educational opportunities and conducts successful District training programs, conferences, and other educational events.

Club Growth Director

Under the guidance of the District Director, the Club Growth Director brings the benefits of Toastmasters membership to the community by developing and implementing District marketing objectives, directing programs for new club development, assigning club coaches when needed, and promoting club membership and retention.

Immediate Past District Director

The Immediate Past District Director provides counsel and guidance to district leaders and plans, directs, and organizes projects and committees as requested by the District Director. One of the major responsibilities of this role is to ensure the incoming District Director receives all pertinent District documents prior to June 30. Other responsibilities include serving as a member of the District executive committee and District council, upholding the bylaws and policies of Toastmasters International, encouraging dedicated members to accept leadership positions, and helping the District achieve Distinguished recognition.
